At Peak360 Performance, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services. Due to the personalized and time-based nature of these services, the following refund policy applies.

1. Coaching Services

All coaching services (including nutrition coaching, training programs, and performance coaching) are non-refundable once services have begun.

By purchasing a coaching program, you acknowledge that time, planning, and resources are allocated immediately to your individualized plan.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

For recurring monthly coaching:

• Payments are billed in advance

• You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle

• No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time

3. Multi-Month Packages

For 3-month or 6-month commitments:

• All payments are non-refundable once the program has started

• These packages are offered at a reduced rate for commitment

• Early termination does not qualify for a refund

4. Failure to Participate

Refunds will not be issued for lack of participation, missed check-ins, or failure to follow the program.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases at the sole discretion of Peak360 Performance.
