About Me
My name is Brandon Lusk, I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Sports Nutrition Coach focused on helping people improve how they fuel, train, and perform. My approach combines clinical knowledge with real-world experience—combining nearly two decades of competitive baseball, 16+ years of strength training and conditioning, and 6+ years of clinical practice...and counting. My passion is improving the lives of others through nutrition and fitness. As a devoted husband and father to 2 amazing kids, I strive everyday to lead by example and set a solid foundation built on hard work, dedication, and consistency. I want you to do the same.
